These terms govern your use of toyzgarage.netlify.app (the "Site") and the detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, paint protection film, window tint, and rim repair services (the "Services") offered by Toyz Garage. By using the Site or booking a Service, you agree to these terms.
Prices listed on the Site for packaged services are starting prices and may vary based on your vehicle's size, condition, and the specific work requested. Services marked "Request Quote" are custom-priced after we review your vehicle or the photos you provide. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins.
Mobile appointments require a suitable location for us to work. We'll do our best to accommodate scheduling changes and weather-related rescheduling, but appointments are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and availability isn't guaranteed until confirmed.
Please remove personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before your appointment. While we take care with every vehicle, we recommend disclosing any pre-existing damage, aftermarket modifications, or known paint/interior issues before service begins.
We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, and credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Where a warranty is offered (such as on paint protection film or ceramic coating), the specific terms, duration, and coverage will be provided to you separately at the time of service.
We take reasonable care with every vehicle we service. To the extent permitted by law, Toyz Garage is not liable for pre-existing damage, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from our Services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
