Please read these terms carefully before booking any service with Toyz Garage.
Toyz Garage provides mobile and in-shop automotive detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, paint protection film (PPF), window tinting, and rim repair services. All services are performed by Toyz Garage or contracted licensed professionals.
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Toyz Garage reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Toyz Garage is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions discovered during service. Customers are encouraged to disclose any known damage prior to service. We will note visible damage before beginning work. Toyz Garage is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions such as rock chips, rust, faded trim, or compromised clear coat.
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, and major Credit Cards. For large services (ceramic coatings, PPF, full details), a deposit may be required to secure the appointment.
We stand behind our work. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of the service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Toyz Garage's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle, consequential damages, or losses beyond the scope of the service rendered.
For mobile services, the customer is responsible for providing a safe, accessible location with adequate space. Toyz Garage requires access to electricity and/or water depending on the service booked. We reserve the right to refuse service at locations deemed unsafe or inaccessible.
Toyz Garage reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
